Hey there ♡ Welcome to Limitless Ayla! These terms are written in plain, friendly English because I want you to actually feel good about shopping with me or supporting me.

1. General Stuff  

By visiting limitlessayla.com, watching my content, or buying anything from me (website, in-person, Venmo, etc.), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay—just don’t purchase or use the site!

2. Products & Orders  

- Everything I sell is handmade or personally curated by me in small batches. Slight variations are part of the charm ♡  

- Colors may look a tiny bit different on your screen vs. real life.  

- I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (super rare, but if something goes wrong with stock or payment, I’ll refund you 100%).  

- Prices can change without notice, but never after you’ve already paid.

3. Payment  

I happily accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash (in-person). Once payment clears, the order is official!

4. Shipping  

- I ship only in the USA.  

- Shipping times are estimates only—I’m not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.  

- Lost or damaged packages: I’ll help file claims, but I’m not liable once it leaves my hands with tracking.

5. Returns & Refunds  

Because almost everything is handmade/custom:  

- No refunds on digital items or custom orders.  

- For ready-to-ship items: 10-day return window if it arrives damaged or not as described. You pay return shipping, I’ll refund the item cost once I receive it back in new condition.  

- Just shoot me an email at ayla@limitlessayla.com and we’ll make it right ♡

6. Intellectual Property  

All photos, videos, designs, and content on this site and my YouTube/Instagram are mine. Feel free to share with credit, but please don’t copy or sell my work as your own.

7. Liability  

I make everything with love, but products are used at your own risk. I’m not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or your puppy chewing up a blanket (Molly tested, not always Molly-proof!).

8. Changes to These Terms  

If I update these, I’ll change the date at the top and post the new version here.
